Mazda has been saying for a while now that a group of future new Mazda models will feature the SKYACTIV TECHNOLOGY that Mazda drivers in Reno know and love. Well, we here at Tom Dolan's Reno Mazda are happy to announce which vehicles those will be.
The new Mazda CX-5 started the release, which came out earlier this year and the 3rd-generation Mazda6 will be the next model which arrives at the start of 2013. After that, Mazda's complete SUV and passenger car vehicles will ultimately receive the SKYACTIV TECHNOLOGY management system, including the Mazda2 city car, Mazda3 small car, Mazda MX-5 roadster and Mazda CX-9 SUV
Our sales team is so excited about the development of these models, but Tom Dolan's Reno Mazda would like to highlight that the timing of each model's SKYACTIV TECHNOLOGY release is still TBA. According to caradvice.com, "The Mazda2 would be the next logical step but it might make more sense...to focus on a model that delivers greater profitability."1
We think the next auto would likely be the sporty Mazda3. For those who might not be as familiar with the venerable small car, it premiered only four years ago. However, in that short amount of time it has managed to thrive within a highly-critical global segment.
