2014 has been both a landmark year, and model year for Japanese automaker Mazda. New iterations of the Mazda2, Mazda3, Mazda CX-5, Mazda6, and the MX-5 Miata have all debuted to rave reviews. At the LA Auto Show, two of these models are debuting some stunning updates, and we have a new crossover to ogle at.

Introducing the Mazda CX-3, a crossover that falls into the segment's subcompact market. While it may not be particularly large, this model wears the KODO design language proudly, and sports aggressive headlamps and a forthright grille similar to its smaller Mazda2 sibling. Gas mileage numbers aren't available yet, but we expect them to be made available soon.
